MamaMinder helps parents and caregivers keep baby feeding and diaper records organized. If you need help with your account, sync, data export, deletion request, or the app, contact support.

• A short description of the issue.
• Screenshots only if they do not expose sensitive baby-care information you do not want to share.

Do not send passwords, card numbers, or unnecessary medical details.

Common topics

Data export

Open MamaMinder, go to Profile, and use “Verilerimi dışa aktar” to share a JSON copy of your baby profile, feeding records, diaper records, and computed summaries.

Account/data deletion

Open MamaMinder, go to Profile, and use “Hesap/veri silme talebi”. The app prepares an email request for support.

You can also email support@mamaminder.com directly with the subject “MamaMinder hesap/veri silme talebi”. Include the account email address used in MamaMinder.

App access

MamaMinder's launch scope is a free app and does not directly collect credit card details. The launch MVP does not require subscription cancellation or purchase restoration steps.
